Needles & Bobbins: 18 March

It has been a few weeks since I have posted... and it hasn't been because I haven't been able to, but because I hadn't been knitting!!

Uni has finally caught up with me and I have just finished my first exam (and three quizes!) so I have been trying to buckle down and study. I have another exam coming up and more reports due, but I really want to craft...

So rather than study, I now have something to show you all!

I have been working on the Molly Weasley's Techinicolor Housecoat for a friend of mine, and I must admit, I have been enjoying it! I have put down the needles and I am working on crocheting the sleeves as it has been too hot to knit. The yarn I am using is the Knit Picks Shine which is what the pattern calls for, although I have had to use soke slightly different colourways due to the originals now being discontinued.

Other than this one project, I have been working in the background on a new website. I know the current one is relatively new, but I have had to change over to a new template/format in the background of the site, so thought I would go for a whole new look.

I must admit, I much prefer the new site and I am hoping to get it out to you really soon (hopefully this weekend).

Finally, if you have come to read this post from your email, thank you. I have had to change the way my subscribers receive their updates. Rather than having the full blog post in your inbox you are now directed to my blog. The reason for this is that I found I was spending time formatting the blog post on two sites and it has become quite time consuming, I would rather spend more time being able to write to you all.
