Follow the Yellow Brick Road

Pattern release day!!! One of my favourite days!! I am so excited that the Yellow Brick Road pattern is, as of today, available to the public! This baby blanket is a quick knit, using worsted weight yarn and 5mm (US 8) needles. The brick-like pattern produces a lovely paved design reminiscent of the Yellow Brick Road and has a moss stitch edge.

The gorgeous yellow shows off the lace pattern and creates a stretch to the fabric so that it can be blocked to a larger size if required.

The repetitiveness of the design means you can easily add length to the blanket if you wish.

Materials Yarn: Worsted weight yarn (10ply) Approximate Yardage: 710 metres or 776 yards

Needle Size 5.00 mm or US 8 knitting needles

Gauge 16 stitches and 24 rows = 4 inches in brick pattern when blocked
